A character actor in film, TV, voice over, commercials and theater, Adrian Elizondo is a comedic force and recipient of the Groundlings diversity scholarship.

His breakout one-man show, Baby Boy, played to sold out crowds at the Hollywood Fringe Festival, taking home the first place prize for Audience Choice Award and the Encore Producer’s Award. The show was chosen out of the hundreds of shows to compete for a chance to perform at the Off-Broadway Soho Playhouse Theatre in New York.

Adrian wrote, produced and starred in the short film, Funny Love, which premiered at the Dances WIth Films Festival and earned him Best Actor at the Official Latino Film Festival in New York. The film was selected as part of the Official Latino Film Series currently airing on L.A.’s CBS2.

He attended the two-year Meisner conservatory at William Alderson’s Acting Studio and studied comedy from the Groundlings and Upright Citizens Brigade. He performs improv and sketch comedy, and was a regular performer at the Sunday Sketch Show at iO West.

Adrian is a recent first place winner of the Moth Story Slam. He enjoys performing with Story Pirates, an arts education non-profit organization that encourages confidence and literacy in children through storytelling. He also dances in the Saturday Flamenco show at the famous El Cid.

...Adrian Elizondo took the impossible task and created a film that is charming, funny, and touching. It is a tribute to the filmmaker’s art that in less than half an hour you find yourself connected to and caring about what happens to these two unlikely characters living in an impossible world.
